Phillips & Temro produces wiring harnesses and cordsets to meet the particular requirements of each of our cold start products. Our unique connector designs and wide range of available wire clips and coverings enable our wiring harnesses to survive the temperature extremes, excess moisture, and vibration levels typically encountered under the hood of the vehicle while also providing a standard interface to household AC power.

Specialty Wiring Products

Harnesses can be engineered for applications requiring high heat protection, special routing or multiple heater/electrical devices. "Y" cords or "W" cords are designed to support configurations using a number of cold weather heaters, such as, as a block heater, oil pan heater and transmission heater. PTI also produces a popular line of harnesses that feature eye-appealing, weatherproof receptacles with optional indicator lights that can be used with a variety of cold weather devices.

Adding a weatherproof plug connector to a standard wiring harness supports the usage of our weatherproof receptacles providing a convenient, attractive, & protected environment for the wiring harness plug.
