Phillips and Temro provide engineered heating solutions worldwide to the leading  light duty truck manufacturers as well as aftermarket customers.

We work with the light duty truck original equipment manufacturers to develop, test, prototype, and produce heating solutions to meet the needs of a specific vehicle platform. Engine heater designs include threaded and freeze plug style immersion heaters and well as cartridge and clamp-on heaters.  Our wiring harnesses and cord sets are specifically designed for each vehicle application to ensure they meet our customer’s vibration, heat, and moisture specifications.

Phillips and Temro also designs and manufactures air intake heaters that are used in light duty diesel applications needing quick, smooth,  and reliable starts in cold weather. The heaters are installed in the intake air system and pre-heat the combustion air to the temperature required for compression ignition of the fuel.  Powered by the vehicle battery, these heaters provide mobile,  convenient operation.

In addition to  designing and manufacturing our Heating Technology products, Phillips and Temro has also worked with the same original equipment manufacturers to support the development and production of components that produce battery and cabin heat technology.
